Messed up the Vest / Tie colors on half of my groomsmen's tuxedos after it was too late to fix. When I spoke to the associate manning the store upon returning my tux I was promised a call back from the manager the following day. I have still yet to speak with this manager. Corporate customer care can't or won't do anything but play referee between you and the store so even though after I explained that their associate assured me and my groomsmen that she was sure her manager would approve a full refund, and that that one wrong tux, let alone 3 wrong tuxes is a big problem for the whole wedding not even counting the ruined photography, they then only provided a partial refund and only after days of negotiation through their corporate office. Never again. If you're in this area and must use Men's Wearhouse go to Whitehall.
