M- What kind of system do you follow?

T:- NO, girls are working outside, I am in the office, delivery guys are coming in and going out.

T- Not sure what order number is, where did you get it?

I got married on June 17 and I got my bouquets and boot'in'ears done by them. They came out amazing. We had a legend of zelda themed wedding and I wanted my flowers to look like I picked them right out of the fields. She meet my expectations 100 percent. I told her what look I wanted and she knew exactly what to do. She was very nice and very professional. She took payments right up to the day of pick up. She told me directions on how to take care of them so my flowers were bright and lively for pictures later on that day. She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much for making my wedding complete!

M- From your website, when I placed an online order 5 days ago!!

We recently sent flowers to a funeral in Phillipsburg, New Jersey through Helen's Floral Shoppe and received wonderful feedback from the family on the excellent work that they did. We appreciate the wonderful flowers and customer service that we received.

Review is based purely on the frustrating telephone conversations I had with them.

My daughter and son-in-law ordered flowers from this florist for Mother's Day. The specifically asked for yellow flowers in a glass vase. The flowers were left outside my front door on Mother's Day about 10 AM. The flowers were mostly dead, one broken tulip and there were 4 yellow flowers in a pitcher covered with purple flowers. It was ugly and the decorative leaves were wilted. I called and told them I would bring it back. I did bring it back and refused another one. They then sent my son-in-law a picture of it (all fixed up). Unfortunately for them, I had taken a picture before I took it back and the two pictures don't match. I will never do business with them again and suggest that potential customers go elsewhere.

M- Can I leave order number with you? Maybe you can check and let me know later?

T- NOPE, doesn't mean your order is out for delivery!

M:- would you be able to let me know if it will be delivered before 3:00 PM?

Me:- Can you please let me know when my order will be delivered, I placed it 5 days back.

M- OK, mine is from Phillipsburg, good!

T:- No we can't, trucks are out for delivery, not sure when.

I was getting ready to order flowers for Mother's Day, but when speaking with my mother was advised "Don't take this personally but maybe you shouldn't send me flowers this year." When I inquired further I found out she had contacted them after Easter flowers and was told "Maybe your son should order flowers from someone else". In all honesty I am a little shocked by this. That any business would advise a customer to shop elsewhere is unconscionable. I did not realize that business was so great they could pick and choose customers. Very unprofessional.

Do you think you are the only one customer we have?
