I wasted my time here with false advertising, and the manager was a racist. I will never recommend anyone here especially those of color.
It's a good gym, but be careful before you sign up. I tried to cancel because my finances changed and it was a little too expensive, and found out I apparently signed an 18-month contract. Definitely don't remember signing that, and I usually am good about that. And even getting that information was hard, I asked at the gym when I wanted to cancel and they didn't seem to know anything about the 18-month thing. So be on your guard, the gym itself is fine, but you're kind of chained there.
Equipment is not bolted down, so everything gets moved around. Bench press stations sit all crossed up on each other. Weights are misplaced, scatterd all over the gym, and never reracked. There are no paper towels to wipe down equipment, just a reusable cloth. Some minor adjustments and attention to detail would make this gym that much better. All the employees are very nice, and they know you by name, not just as a member.
Great place. Great upbeat staff. Caters for all ages. Good parking and reasonable rates for a top end facility! GOT TO GO FOR THE GOLD. IT'S YOUR LIFE!
I seriously wish I read the reviews before my husband signed up for this place. Don't even sign up for this gym chain unless you're willing to spend money on a contract that will never end. My husband was told he would be able to cancel anytime after February 2017, but was blatantly lied to since it's September and we're still dealing with BS trying to cancel and especially since losing his job doesn't help with paying the subscription. "create a seamless process for any member to cancel when they need to" Yeah. Okay. Sending a notorized letter is a pain and your company knows it. And paying the "rest of our months" in our supposedly finished contract for days we arent touching your equipment isn't seamless. We already called, and you would think they would come up with even more sugar coated excuses since they know they trick people everyday.
