It was the only dry cleaner I went to. One day, I picked up ten shirts that had burn holes all through the arms. They refused to replace them claiming it was someone else. Since they were my only cleaner, I don't think so.
DO NOT GO HERE! I would give this place 0 stars if i could. I brought my bridesmaid dress (which costed $190.00) here that needed to be hemmed for the wedding I was in on September 15, 2017. I had conversation with the older woman that it was a very special wedding because it was my brother that was getting married and I was in it. They charged me $125.00 to have this done, which i thought was very pricey , but regardless, I needed this dress hemmed and perfect!
Horrible management and prices are just awful
When it came time to get dressed before the ceremony I put my dress on and my shoes . WALKING around the dressing room, before the bride and bridesmaids even walked for the grand entrance, THE FISHING LINE (WHICH WAS USED TO HEM MY DRESS!!) GOT CAUGHT ON THE SHOES I WAS WEARING AND THAT WAS THE END OF MY NIGHT! EVERY TIME I TOOK A STEP, THIS FISHING LINE WAS COMING OUT OF THE HEM OF MY DRESS!! I HAD TRIED TYING THE PIECES, BUT IT DIDN'T HELP. THE WHOLE NIGHT I SPENT WALKING AROUND HAVING TO LIFT MY DRESS BECAUSE IF I DIDN'T I WOULD BE STEP ING ON STRINGS I COULDN'T EVEN SEE!!! :( :(
GREAT PLACE FOR ALTERATIONS ON ANY KIND OF CLOTHING, REGULAR CLOTHS AND BRIDAL GOWNS TOO!!!!
The gentleman/owner of VIP Cleaners was very friendly and courteous. He attended me very well. I was there for both tailoring and dry cleaning service. The prices are reasonable and I am very satisfied with VIP’s service. Highly Recommended!!!
The very next day I took the dress back to this place, and explained what happened to me and that I wanted a refund of some sort . THE MAN THERE , WHO INSTANTLY ACTED FURIOUSLY SAYING I WAS DANCING WILDLY!!! I HAVEN'T EVEN BEGUN TO DANCE!! HE REFUSED TO STAND BEHIND HIS BUSINESS AND BLAMED MY SHOES!! I HAVEN'T EVEN WALKED DOWN THE AISLE YET!! HE TOLD ME TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT! AND CONTINUED TO ARGUE WITH ME! !!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!! HOW RUDE AND WHAT POOR QUALITY! NOT TO MENTION THE FLOOR WAS SO DIRTY I WOULD NOT EVEN STEP ON IT WITHOUT SHOES WHILE I TRIED MY DRESS ON!! BEWARE OF THE POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY!!!
