There wasn't a single single situation in purchasing a home with this realtor that was pleasant. From being told I couldn't back out on the house after radon was discovered in it weeks down the road ( right before the closing ) .. Calling multiple times within a 2 MONTH SPAN to find out who put in the radon system, and no one ever returning phones. They would jerk me around and say I would call back with the info and never did. Once I got a hand on the radon information, I find out he WAS NOT licensed. So this realtor clearly allows unlicensed people to handle work on houses they are selling. So so so terrible! Please, anyone if you are looking to purchase a home with the Phillipsburg Weichert.. DO NOT! I would hate for anyone to go through what we did.
STEER CLEAR OF NEIL!!! Signed on with Neil Intindola about a year ago to rent out my town house. Hands down the worst realtor I have ever used, non-communicative throughout the whole process and extremely unprofessional. Would never follow up on any leads, even when I was the one giving him the leads. I decided not to re-sign with his agency after our realtor agreement expired. Signed on with another agent, from another real estate agent, and was able to rent out my place in less than 2 months. All in all, Neil Intinidola did nothing more than waste my time and money. If he is an indication of what other agents at Weichert are like then I suggest using another realtor. After my personal experience with Weichert, I will NEVER use them again.
Following up is a thing of the past......too bad
