Good place to make a quick shopping trip to. It has never been crowded the few times I have been there. Not very many stores.
Great place if you hate crowds. Sad to say half the storefronts are shuttered. The only food to eat is Annie's pretzels. Kohl's and Sears still anchor the ends. And the J.C. Pennies is now an indoor flea market, which is pretty cool. The only "high end" store is Victoria's Secret.
Parking lot was almost empty.
Just visited during black Friday weekend.
More then 50 percent of the stores are abandoned filled with debris and unlit signage. As the mall scrambles to fill space many 2nd hand shops have opened including in the anchor stores. The many ceiling to floor water features coincide with rainy days and are quite the sight to see. Shop at your own risk.
But one whole wing seems entirely abandoned. The only hangers on are the big chains.
One of the dying malls, it is easily accessible in Phillipsburg with multiple entrance and exit points. The outside food and beverage facilities or pretty good, but the inside well. It is one of America's dying malls with Sears leaving and Bonton possibly closing I don't see a positive future for it many stores on the inside are closed and it is very dim and needs to be renovated.
Emptiness.
Most stores are not occupied. Maybe 25% have stores in them.
I lived in this area 15 years ago and this mall was never crowded but it had some life left in it.
Very depressing
By 6pm most of the smaller shops had closed and locked up despite their hours stating open u til 8.
We found a little gem of a used book store that we bought a bunch of used audio books.
