At least twice at this location I've had my order given to me wrong.
The experience is mostly pleasant and the wait time is never long at all. Prompt service is key here, with everyone on the go, but they fall short with one thing keeping me from giving them a 5 star. The inconsistency with items. One day I'll get whipped cream when I ask for it, the next I wont. Or I'll get the whipped cream on my iced latte, but it won't have caramel drizzled on it one day, but the next it will. This even changes within a day as well. I work right next to this location and can make multiple trips there and have the inconsistency. If they button that up, they have a solid 5 stars from me.
Come here often and realized when you get served by the young staff they actually care that you get good and fresh coffee but if you happen to get served by the older Indian gentleman speed is his concern and quality of coffee doesn't matter to him. I wish he would taste his own coffee. It never fails if i see him at the counter i just go somewhere else.
They are fast and convenient, they always know what I want just from pulling up, friendly
