I would have given it a 5 but when you order bagels with butter in the drive thru they never actually put the butter on the bagels. That seems like common sense that it would be automatic but I just got 2 bagels, asked for them untoasted with butter and got 2 bagels thrown in the bag with 8 butter packets and 2 plastic knives. I don't want these butter packets to touch my bagels because I am weird about that AND I'm going through the drive thru because I'm in a hurry and I want to unwrap a bagel and eat it. I don't want to pull over and butter 2 bagels. Be specific. You must tell them to butter the bagels as it is not automatically going to happen. I use the catering frequently for work meetings and they always meet or exceed the expectations.
We always use the Mobile App and we never have to wait. They always put nice messages on the receipt which is too cute
Inside service is great but they are complete imbeciles when it comes to the window. When l ask for a bagel buttered for example l don’t want 2 small butter packets and an unbuttered bagel when I’m on my way to work
Love this panera bread love it every time i come. Staff is friendly and food comes out very quickly. Very organized and loves how there r kiosks where u can just order the food as soon as you walk the way u like it. Great place and very funny food! Highly recommended!
There staff there is really great and in my opinion the dining room crew deserves a pay raise especially the worker there named Trina .Overall great experience would come back daily.
