I started using Bittone after I brought my car to the dealer & paid an exorbitant amount of $$ to have repairs done on my car, only to be left stranded when the dealer did not fasten the clamp on the radiator hose the dealer installed.
A few months later, I had the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors replaced by Bittone and again they did a stellar job. Their work was top notch, my car was received when promised, & their cost was significantly less than the dealer.
More recently the catalytic converter they installed turned out to have a manufacturer's defect. I was unsure how this would turn out as it was a few months since they performed the work. This was when their customer service and commitment to their work really shined. They replaced the part at no charge and to top it off, they even drove me back and forth to the office! I really could not ask for better service!
