This office always helps with my appointments and very pleased with Ortho treatment. Everyone is very sweet and always willing to help. Do recommend.
Was moving and the staff got me in here to get work done before my move. Dr. Patel is a great Dr. Treats patients. Like family. A special ty to Christina who took time from her family to help me out, April for helpimg me get in for appointments. And printing records for me.
Terrible. I will never step foot inside this dental office again. First it's a revolving door of fitting as many patients in as possible to get as much money as quick as they can. They never worked with me to get pre-determinations, but put me under the impression that my insurance would cover a specific amount then would blind side me with hundreds of dollars every time a went back. Listen, I get insurance is separate from office, but I went to a new AMAZING dentist after who work with me and make it easy. The office staff has no idea what they are doing. My dentist started screaming at the staff in front of me because I had called previously to say something was wrong and they never relayed the info to her. Enough said.
Love this place, the people are extremely nice. Dr. Patel is an amazing dentist. He work wonders with my train wreck of a mouth.
I went here a few years ago for my dentist and my orthodontist. The orthodontist was great, the dentist on the other hand were horrible; when I got my teeth cleaned it was basically like you where getting a shower while you where their and I had to go back to get a filling done and when they put the novocaine in they just started drilling right away and didn't make sure I was numb so I felt everything, OUCH. The lady kept yelling at me in another language so I had no idea way she was saying. After this visit I never went here again. I'm glad I didn't because the tooth they filled wasn't done properly causing to have to get it re drilled to help prevent it from getting worse. I wouldn't suggest going to the dentist here.
