They insisted on an unnecessary procedure, which in turn would benefit their company, while adding weeks to my pain and suffering. When I asked them about a simple tooth pull, they said it would not work, however when sent to another dentist, they said tooth pull was definitely the easier route. When I called to explain how this would now put me in three weeks of excruciating pain, to correct this, and ask why they choose to not allow me the easier of the two choices, the office manager would not even let me finish my story, she interrupted me three times in the first two minutes, to correct my wording or attempt to make excuses. She became surprised at my irritation, and then continued to interrupt me, and repeat “I’m sorry you feel that way.” She was extremely disrespectful and inhuman about any complaint I had, just making excuses. I have been to this office for a few years, they like to space things out, make as many appointments as they can, I used to think it was because of their attention to detail, and care for the patients, but now I realize that was not the case, it seems that they are more interested in lining their pockets. So week three in pain for me, down 10lbs this week, averaging about 2 hours of sleep at a time, and on to the third consultation about a simple tooth extraction (which will take another week to complete), but at least the office manager got my wording corrected. I honestly would have given them the benefit of the doubt, had the office manager been at least receptive to what I had to say, however, she seemed more interested in being in charge of the conversation, and making excuses. Which lead me to believe that they indeed had no care for their patients pain and suffering.
Always love this place. My family only goes here.
I feel bad that I have to give this place a 1 star because so far the work on my crown has been good so far. Their billing department is where this place plummets. I went in for a crown and they told me they take my insurance and that my estimate for my crown was $200-$300. Now that the work is done I got one bill for $375 then another bill adding it to $459 and now in that bill they state that there could be an extra $85 charge with the insurance. If I was not covered under the insurance you would think they would have taken care of me. You know do the right thing and they didn't. Everybody scratches their own back but not anybody else.
Love this place and everyone in it. They're all friendly and super nice. Had a lot of work done here and I am very satisfied with how it all went.
