Good Shopping Experience
Clothing area was a BIG HOT MESS! Visited the store to purchase socks. After I tried to walk through the apparel....I left! UGH! I don't have a lot of time to shop and would rather Not order on line so I visit this location a few times a year. So disappointing!! Since I'm trying to support my community by buying in my community.
Great customer service. And for those saying "clothes all over the place" sounds like they don't shop at kohl's very often. If you go in the morning or weekdays everything is well organized. Because of the high traffic due to the store's popularity clothes may end up all over the place. Nobody including those criticizing don't return the items back to their designated areas. I love this store.
The salespeople at the Phillipsburg Kohl's are always pleasant and helpful.
Of all the local Kohl's stores, this is my favorite. Staff is always helpful and courteous, whenever I've shopped there (frequently) the store is always neat and clean. You want a "big hot mess", visit the Succasunna/ Ledgewood area Kohl's store! I steer clear of that one! The Phillipsburg store is my "go to" Kohl's store.
