WOW this store really went down hill since the 90's!!! I'm surprised there still in business.
Great store. But it will be closed in 2018 :(
Store closing sale , price are inflated, especially in the appliances, last week was in $499 today $799 ,

I cannot stress this enough. Do not ever! Ever call Sears to repair an appliance. They will charge you 79 dollars "per unit" just to look at it (i.e. washer and dryer $160) They will then charge you a separate fee to walk around your home to trouble shoot. They charged me 15 additonal dollars just to loom in the dryer! If they find an issue they can fix, they will then charge you additional to repair it. If they decide that day that they cannot fix your problem, you are still out $160 and then have to find another way to repair it ontop of thier look at your unit fees. They alsi do not go any further then that. Also beware of the cost on parts. A little peicd of plastic with spring cost by 90 additional dollars. No real trouble shooting or suggestions either on problems that may be causing issues with appliances. Absolutely the worst experience ever! And if you have to call their 800 to dispute. Good luck! Promises that they will call back after review of dispute or issues, but dont hold your breath. I will never buy and appliance from them again in fear of needing repair and having to go through this. DO NOT EXPERIENCE THE "MESSED UP SIDE OF SEARS"!
