This is more of an experience with the receptionist than the facility. They seem very rude at the front desk here. I was going to their office in Easton but that place was horrible (see my review for them). Anyway i was very unhappy with the Easton office so i tried to switch to the Phillipsburg one that is where the issues are. first i was rudely told that I could not switch because I started in the Easton office I need to stay there. After that conversation i called my doctors office who told me i should be able to switch with no problem and gave me a new prescription just to make it easier for me.. I called again to the Phillipsburg office trying to make an appointment, after I gave the woman on the phone my name and phone number she told me someone was at her desk and she will have to call me back in 5 minutes. After an hour I called them back one final time trying to make the appointment, this time I was told she will have to call me back in a half hour because she had to look for when the next available appointment was. needless to say i never received a call. I called my insurance company and thank GOD I was told i can go to any physical therapist I want to, I do not have to stay with ST Lukes. Good luck with your therapy needs, but my opinion is stay away from ST Lukes
So far every physical therapist I've worked with here has been kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They make the sessions enjoyable and fun!
Front desk staff isn't the most friendly, but the rest of the staff makes up for it.
