worst hospital experience of my life, nobody picks up the phone or is helpful in almost any way. I was seen in the emergency room days ago, cannot get any assistance whatsoever over the phone. I was in for an ultrasound as well, it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to get any type of results over the phone. THE hospital receptionist just told me AND I quote "i'm on the phone call back" and hangs up. I am in pain and discomfort and have to see whether or not it is safe to go to work tomorrow. Despicable, shameful disgusting service that nobody should have to deal with.

Everyone in the ER was very kind and helpful. They quickly assessed and diagnosed the issue in record time compared to other hospitals.

My brother took my dad there because we thought he was having a stroke. This is an 85 year old man! They waited for four hours and weren't seen so he took my dad home. Found out shortly after that docs think he had mini strokes. A few months later he had two major strokes and died. Perhaps if they had treated him quickly in the er things could have gone differently.

Very poor quality billing staff. Was forgotten about in specialist facility. Was charged for service that was condridicted by another doctor that I was told to see by that doctor after the emergency room visit. I was charged 2 times for the same answer that was later changed by the ortho specialist. Fees are through the roof for the service I was provided. Find a different practice in your insurance plan don't waste your time.

My daughter was admitted for a severe asthma attack. Her second of the day. The first time I brought her early morning. The ER Dr. sent her home saying she's ok. Later that night I brought her back for the same condition. This time the Dr. on duty in the ER admitted her. She stayed for 3 nights. The hospital insists you stay with your child if they are under 18. I don't have a problem with that but no one is consistent with the "policy". Some will say you don't have to stay, we will have a nurse or NA stay with them. Others say you must stay. What is the answer? I asked for the policy in writing. You may leave your child in the care of the hospital but they "prefer" you stay. I understand that they must make checks on their patients but when I asked the Dr. to give my daughter a chance to sleep, as we were in the ER all night, they cited "policy" again. A bit curt while doing so as well. On the positive side, the day nurse upon admitting was very professional and caring. So was the charge nurse. That changed the following day and night. My daughter is 17, asked me to allow her 21 year old friend to stay with her in my place. I asked if this was permissible, they said yes, I just have to have the friend sign paperwork with my approval. Upon doing this, I left to tend to my family at home for the evening. At 1 a.m. my daughter calls hysterically for me to get her as the night charge nurse went in her room and started yelling at her and her friend to not sit in the bed together. It persisted to the point where security was called, further upsetting my daughter, who already can not breath well. I calmed my daughter down explaining she was not well enough to leave. I went to the hospital in early morning and asked for the charge nurse on duty. I placed a complaint with her, again with her citing "policy" and telling me she wasn't there, etc. Told me that the person in charge of that nurse would investigate and get back to me. To date, they have never investigated and never gotten back to me. This obnoxious, uncaring nurse is still walking around with the same attitude and not adhering to the decorum a nurse should uphold. I am extremely disappointed in the whole stay and would never recommend this hospital unless you absolutely have to. They all walk around citing "policy" but they are all adhering to how they perceive this "policy". I only gave it one star because the ER Dr. on duty that night, along with the ER nurses were fabulous and the day nurse on the floor upon admittance along with the charge nurse were just as fabulous.
