They all have been great, but Dr. Bautista was amazing!!. I went for an allergic reaction, hives in all my body, He took time to answer all questions, listen to me and my concerns and his prescriptions cure me!. Thank you Dr. Bautista.
I have been here more times than I would like (nobody likes to be sick), but I have to say that the staff and doctors are amazing!!. They have been very polite, and it is very fast to get your appointment. I have had appointments with Dr Sonia sharma, Lauren coopersmith and Dr Lucien Bautista.
I've been seeing Dr. Batista since I was a baby as my primary care doctor, as well as Dr. Lombardi since a few years ago for muscle manipulation, and I love this facility. They are all very personable, organized, and caring. They will be sure to find an answer for whatever it is you went in there for. I typically can get an appointment the day that I call, and there is always a short wait time in the waiting room. Truly great place!
The doctors there are wonderful but unfortunately you first have to deal with the office staff. To say they are very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful and dishonest is putting mildly. We have been refused medicine refills, lied to about having test results, been spoken to rudely and unpleasantly by their front desk staff. They are dealing with sick and elderly people so I would think a caring sympathetic disposition should be required. It's a shame that the doctors have to apologize for their unprofessionalism.
My main physician is Dr. Bautista...he is wonderful. Extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. He is a very caring doctor.
They are amazing! Everyone is always so nice! Also they are always on time which is a huge plus!
