As I said, we understand that things happen but to not have our order TWICE after failing to make it the first time really isn't acceptable. Between that and the poor customer service (based on our employee interaction) I am really not thrilled with my experiences at Bagel Shack.
In addition to the poor customer service, last week we placed an order for a dozen bagels to pick up the following morning. They took our order and said that the bagels would be ready by the morning. When we got there to pick them up the next day, at the scheduled time, we were told that the person who makes the bagels did not make our order. We understand that things happen and told them that it was no big deal but placed the order again, requesting the order for the following morning (for an event the next day). We got a call at around 6am the following day to tell us that again our order was not completed and they would not have the bagels that we ordered.
Bagel Shack has hands down the best bagels around. Unfortunately, besides the bagels, we've had some pretty negative experiences here. We have probably been to bagel shack about 5 times. Each time the customer service is horrendous. The way that one of the employees interacts with customers is just flat out rude.
Delicious bagels, fresh.
Best bacon, egg and cheese on everything bagel sandwich in phillipsburg. Also great coffee and creamer selection.
Great sandwiches are made there also with fresh meats.
Fresh bagels, good selection of hot and cold drinks, very reasonable prices. Usually opt for double meat on breakfast sandwiches
Best everything bagels around, hands down. Their deli sandwiches are also pretty good, as the meat is loaded on there. Drink selection is pretty good as well, at least for a small deli and bagel shop. Just wish they had a better tobacco selection.
