We had a ridiculously large party that ended up being more than what we made a reservation for. Our waitress handled it with humor, pizzazz and a genuine smile! I can't remember her name, but she has short black pixie-cut hair with a blue tint to it, and she has a daughter who also worked there. She really was phenomenal! Our food was great, too! I really loved the bruschetta appetizer! Oh-and the birch beer on tap! ❤
Got us seated, fed and out with plenty of time to make the Polar Express Train.
Last time I went, staff took eons to come over to even take our drink order. Sat for almost 20 minutes. Only one other table beside us. Was looked at multiple times by staff who were chit chatting by the bar. Once we were actually being helped, was pleased with the food. Service was definitely sub par. Hoping it was an off night as I have been there once before with no complaints then. 3 stars for now.
Never under estimate the value of customer service. Marrianna's went above and beyond when one of my hired vendors dropped the ball for our event. Thank you Gabriella for knocking out the box!
