The supervisor is great. The young lady who is seated next to her is also wonderful. Those two can basically do anything and do it right. I once left there unsatisfied and the supervisor corrected it at no charge ( it took three sessions ) but the end result was that my hair was absolutely perfect.
Jenn was awesome. I got my hair wash cut and dried she was very knowledgeable and polite.
I made an appointment to get my hair done yesterday considering I have a wedding on tomorrow. My hair was blonde and all I wanted was my roots touched up with some bleach (my roots were grown in a lot). Half hour before my appointment I get a call saying my original stylist (Sam) was too booked and that Leslie would be doing my hair. I went in at 1:30 and told Leslie what I wanted. My roots to match my ends. Not that difficult. Instead of using bleach; she asked if she could use some kind of color that would just lift my natural hair color. I said sure as long as she thought it would get up to the other color I had in my hair. I told her how usually when I get my hair done; it takes about 6 hours. She said she doesn’t have 6 hours and that it wouldn’t be nearly as long as that. The color she put on my roots turned into an orangey color. And the bottom she used toner and purple shampoo to get the yellowey out which turned it a very dull blonde with some grey spots which she said the grey would come out when I showered. All in all, my hair now looks even worse than when I originally came in. The bottom dull blonde wouldn’t bother me so much if my roots matched it. But nope. My roots are as orange as ever. And she toned it a second time because she could see the brasey orange color. It still didn’t come out. She told me I could sit there all day and tone it until it got where it needed to be but then she’s have to start charging me more. Why? I told you what I wanted when I came in and I shouldn’t be charged more because you couldn’t do it properly the first time. Should’ve just kept my hair the way it was because now it’s all screwed up for the wedding I have to go to tomorrow. Who wants orange and silver hair? I’d rather spend 6 hours in a chair getting it done the right way than having two obvious different hair colors on my head.
